My Background
My path into marketing began with a fascination for people and audience engagement in digital space.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work, where I spent years studying human behavior, communication, and the ways people build relationships and make decisions. Along the way, I worked in retail, corporate, and higher education environments, gaining firsthand insight into customer and client experiences, audience engagement, and what motivates people to connect with organizations and brands.
For more than 18 years, I have continued studying marketing and communications while helping businesses, nonprofits, and community-focused organizations connect with the people they serve. I've developed strategies, created content, supported outreach efforts, and helped organizations strengthen their visibility and engagement.
Today, I bring together insights from psychology, social work, business, education, and marketing to help organizations better understand their audiences and create meaningful connections through thoughtful, practical marketing.
