If rescheduling or scope adjustments are required, requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval and possible additional fees.

2. Digital Downloads

All digital products — including templates, toolkits, and downloads — are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because these materials are immediately accessible, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

3. Exceptions
